L.I.F.E. @ LBC is a vital part of life at Lakeview. Here at Lakeview, we believe that small group Bible study really is the church, organized. In Bible Study, you will connect with others in a small group atmosphere, be discipled in your personal walk with the Lord, learn about needs within the church, support fellow brothers and sisters in Christ who are in need, and pray intimately for your church family.
At Lakeview, we offer many adult Bible Study classes, organized in a manner that is consistent with different stages of life. Whether you are a young adult with small children or a widowed senior citizen we have a Bible Study class for you.
Walking Worthy
Join this 13-week study of 1 & 2 Thessalonians, exploring the themes of endurance, holy living, and waiting with expectancy. Led by, Dr. Robert Crowder, learn to walk worthy of God’s calling in the last days.
Parenting… So, Where’s the Blueprint
Have you ever thought, “I wish there was a blueprint for parenting”? Whether you are a parent, grandparent, guardian, or childcare worker, this class is for you. Led by Brenda Parker, a licensed therapist in the state of Texas with over 30 years of counseling experience, this course will explore practical, Christ-centered tools to help children grow into the loving, cooperative individuals we dream for them to become.
Wall Building Leadership
This Bible study on Nehemiah explores leadership, community involvement, and spiritual renewal through the rebuilding of Jerusalem’s walls and gates. Led by, Danny Gibson, learn how Nehemiah’s principles of delegation and vision apply to today’s leadership.

Discover God’s faithfulness in the mess. Join Just Among Moms (J.A.M.) led by Megan Downs for a verse-by-verse study through 1 Samuel—weekly sessions with childcare provided.
